It was an absolute pleasure working for the Falls Festival 10th Anniversary as Media Liaison.

 

So many great memories and amazing artists who are genuinly lovely people.

 

Role responsibilities ~

• Photoshoot co-ordination.

• Liaising between stage crew, media representatives (such as Triple J, The Mercury), artists and managers to create media opportunities.

• Meeting with artists to ensure they are at ease and ready for their interviews.

• Liaise with artists to discuss media coverage and seek out their interview preferences/requests.

• Provide press with feature story suggestions and advice.

• Manage media arrival and coordination with artists on site.

• Authorizing media releases and footage content.

• Supervision and oversight of interviews.

• Preparing media schedule and bookings with visiting artists.
