Friday to Monday, long weekend love.
It is amazing how much difference one extra day can make. Suddenly the opportunities are endless, you crave adventure, cease the chance to wind down and kick your feet up with a cheeky cider and cheese platter.
For us the ideal adventure involves sun, sand, time with family, friends and our lovely animals.
The Tasmanian weather did bring some cold winds so we made the most of it and headed camping... or glamping really.
Setting off to a little place called Myrtle Park where there is no reception, lots of beautiful trees that look like they are from pre-historic ages and settling down by the river.
